It’s about getting your body moving, so Samara and I talk about our thoughts on getting active, where to start and why you don’t need to buy all the gear for your first day. This expands on our episode about going to the gym as a plus size woman. We know that the gym isn’t for everyone, so this is to inspire you in other ways to get moving.
In this episode, we talk about our backgrounds with sports and being active. There’s a small mention about my brother being a bit of an athlete but that I can still beat him in the pool. Because that matters. Haha. In the end of the episode, we talk about the sort of things we like doing now, what works for us and why.
